TPAS is the Tenant Participation Advisory Service. It is a national, not for profit organisation that works with social housing landlords and tenants and residents to help them develop successful tenant and resident involvement with the ultimate aim of creating better communities.
TPAS is a national membership organisation made up of tenants, residents and landlords. Their head office is in Manchester, but they have regional staff working from home.
