Berneslai Homes rated nationally as top employer

Berneslai Homes is delighted to announce that Best Companies, the work place engagement specialists behind the ‘Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For in the Public sector’, has accredited the company with “One to Watch” status as a result of the 2011 staff survey.

The Best Companies Accreditation was established to acknowledge corporate excellence in the workplace. It looks at factors including how staff feel about the companies leadership, training, their future prospects, personal growth, colleagues, wellbeing, pay and benefits.

Berneslai Homes will be featured in the 2011 Best Companies Guide, an annual reference for graduates, which provides independent and unbiased information on some of the UK’s best workplaces. Berneslai Homes Chief Executive Helen Jaggar said “I’m delighted we’ve been acknowledged in the guide. In 2009 we were accredited 3 stars excellent, with excellent prospects for improvement by the Audit Commission and have also been accredited with Investors In People.
