Berneslai Homes invite you to its Customer Training Programme

Following the success of last years Customer Training Programme Berneslai Homes will be running a series of sessions this year.

The sessions will be delivered by Berneslai Homes staff and are a fun, friendly and informative way to learn about Berneslai Homes and the services they provide. The sessions will include: tacking anti social behaviour and crime; choice based lettings; dealing with complaints; preventing rent arrears, avoiding door stop lenders and loan sharks; sheltered housing schemes; repairs and maintenance; dealing with complaints; housing management officers; investing in council homes and investing in neighbourhoods and communities.

Customers are currently being asked to register their interest. Berneslai Homes Customer Services and Engagement Manager Sarah Barnes adds, “Our Customer Training Programme is a great way for our customers to learn more about us and help make a difference to the service they receive. Customers who attended last year gave us some great feedback and said sessions were enjoyable and they learnt some excellent and valuable skills.”

All the sessions are free, no more than half a day in length and held at a town centre location with good access by public or your own transport. Dates and venues are yet to be confirmed. Refreshments will be provided and you can claim up to £5 for your travel expenses.
