Focuses on the approach that Berneslai Homes has to ensuring value for money. It will demonstrate that they have a comprehensive approach to managing resources.
Berneslai Homes said:
- We met all the National Standards and all the Local Offers apart from one which required us to publish our Efficiency Register on the website by a given date – it is now on the website.
The Panel said:
- High quality low cost ALMO
- Liked the Customer Panel as a tool for consulting on VFM
