Berneslai Homes Customer Panel was launched in July 2007.
The panel is made up of about 250 people from across the borough who meet with Berneslai Homes every eight week. TARA members regularly attend. Members give their views on different services and help to set priorities for improving services provided by Berneslai Homes. Panel members can attend all meetings or just the ones that interest them.
Panel members are contacted by letter, text message, email and phone.
Meeting are advertised in the Barnsley Chronicle and on Berneslai Homes website.
