November, the Government published its consultation paper ‘Local
decision: a fairer future for social housing’. The Federation are
consulting about the implications of the proposed changes and the budget
implications for Berneslai Homes.

of Tenants and Residents attended the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG)
tea reception at the House of Commons.
